Prep is for individuals with limited tumbling who want to strengthen technique and performance skills in a competitive team atmosphere. Prep teams typically require less time and cost commitments than are required of All Star Elite teams.

All Star Prep is a great stepping stone for AYC, Pop Warner, & Rec athletes.

Athletes may participate in both seasons even though they overlap!
